Position Title: Carpenter / Skilled Trades
Position Class: Full Time, Hourly
Reports To: Project Manager
Pay Range: $22/hr - $32/hr
Job Duties Include:
o Framing
o Millwork install
o Siding
o Roofing
o Painting
o Job site organizing and cleanup
o Quality inspections
o Demolition work
o Bobcat, excavator & earthwork
Job Info:
- Work ~ 7:00am until 4:00pm, flexible
- Available overtime; 100-300 hours/year historically
- No scheduled weekends
- You will have a probationary review at 90 days with wage evaluation
- Year-end performance and wage evaluation
- Year-end bonus eligible

- Limited personal tools required; tool belt, tape measure and hammer
Employment Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and job specifications
- Ability to learn and govern building code requirements
- Ability to lift heavy tools, equipment, materials as traditionally found on a construction site.
- Understand and use safety equipment when needed
- Ability to traverse site conditions and scale ladders or scaffolding
- Organizational skills, good communication skills, punctual.
- Ability to represent company in a professional manner at all times.
