Position: Nurse Practitioner
Location: Reno
Job pay: Full Time, Fee-For-Service (FFS)

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver top-notch specialized care to hospice patients.
• Perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and craft effective treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and oversee ongoing patient care with compassion.
• Partner with physicians and hospice interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic treatment.
• Educate patients and families on health management and supportive care.
• Provide care in multiple sites that include but are not limited to the patient's home, assisted living facilities, group homes, hospital and nursing homes
• Minimum of 2 years experience as APRN with gerontology experience with pain and symptom management, preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Maintain detailed, up-to-date patient records with precision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
