Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and maintained.
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks, including buffing floors and maintaining cleanliness in facilities.
- Execute residential painting tasks as needed to enhance the appearance of spaces.
- Carry out floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Provide commercial cleaning services that meet client expectations for cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist with porter duties, ensuring that all areas are tidy and organized.
- Participate in facilities maintenance tasks to support overall building upkeep.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in various settings.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timelines.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and moving objects as required.
