- Manage custodial duties in both commercial and industrial environments, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are functional and safe for use.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling efforts in accordance with environmental regulations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies or special requests from management or clients.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or porter services will be beneficial.
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
