Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks in assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Carry out custodial duties such as emptying trash bins, cleaning restrooms, and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks when required, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.
- Engage in industrial cleaning processes as necessary to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
- Support residential painting projects by preparing surfaces and maintaining a clean work environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques, including buffing and polishing.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain cleanliness in various settings.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
