Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of windows in commercial buildings using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Utilize scissor lifts and other equipment safely to access high-rise windows.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Inspect windows for damage or needed repairs and report findings to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete large projects within designated timelines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding custodial practices.
Skills
- Experience in commercial cleaning preferred, with a focus on window cleaning techniques.
- Familiarity with custodial duties and best practices for maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to operate scissor lifts and other height-access equipment safely.
