We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and account management efforts, focusing on business development within the technology sales sector. Duties

  • Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies that align with market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to manage accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients while maintaining company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs, expectations, and feedback.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role within technology sales is preferred.
  • Strong skills in business development, including the ability to analyze market conditions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on relationship building.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track progress and manage accounts.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
  • A team player who can work collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals.
