We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health care to patients, focusing on a variety of issues. This role involves working with diverse populations, including children and adolescents, in an outpatient setting. The Clinician will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions.
Starting date March 24, 2025. Must have an NPI or able to obtain one.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide mental health counseling and crisis management services.
- Engage in clinical research to enhance treatment methodologies.
- Collect and analyze data related to patient progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC).
- Experience in mental health counseling with knowledge of crisis management techniques.
- Familiarity with clinical research methodologies is preferred.
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis related to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of addiction counseling practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
