We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated female Personal Support Professional to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health or behavior.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Engage clients in recreational activities and community outings to promote social interaction.
- Document client progress and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Support clients with mobility needs, including heavy lifting when necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or home health care is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with medication administration and patient monitoring is a plus.
- Experience working in a group home or similar setting is advantageous.
- Ability to perform light cooking and maintain cleanliness in the living space is essential.
