Responsibilities of a Customer Communications Associate :
- Responding to Customer Inquiries : You'll be responsible for promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries in person
Providing Product or Service Information : You'll need to have a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers who have questions or need assistance.
Resolving Customer Issues : Addressing customer complaints, problems, or issues in a professional and efficient manner is a key part of the role.
Processing Orders and Requests : Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and handling other transactional tasks.
Managing Communication Channels : Monitoring and managing communication channels to ensure timely responses and efficient handling of customer inquiries.
Documenting Interactions : Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
