We’re on the hunt for a freelance Experiential Designer who thrives on big, bold ideas and knows how to bring them to life—fast. Scope & Details
The Experiential Designer works closely with Art and Creative Directors to bring campaigns to life through compelling visuals across print, digital, and environmental formats. This role involves everything from logos and illustrations to deck design, photo retouching, and production graphics for activations, websites, and scenic builds. Designers must translate brand guidelines into bold, story-driven visuals that capture attention and clearly communicate campaign messages, all while collaborating effectively as part of a creative team.
Responsibilities
- A strong portfolio in experiential/3D design that shows experience in these areas: music events, festivals, concerts and other music industry related verticals.
- Interprets and translates brand guidelines and design briefs into compelling visuals across multiple platforms.
- Concepts, sketches, and presents visual ideas tailored to target audiences and project goals.
- Designs a wide range of assets including print, digital, packaging, UI, and social media content.
- Creates illustrations, logos, and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard tools.
- Collaborates closely with copywriters, creative directors, and 3D designers on integrated campaigns.
- Understands physical design builds, materials, and print production processes.
- Applies feedback to refine designs and ensure all outputs are polished, dynamic, and on-brand.
- Maintains high quality control standards for all deliverables across formats and media.
- Stays current with design trends and adapts them appropriately within brand and project constraints.
- Brings strong organizational, communication, and time management skills to every project; motion design skills are a plus.
- Adobe Suite, Rhino, Maya, SketchUp, VectorWorks
- Architecture, Film and or Theater backgrounds are a plus.
