Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced COTA/Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality patient care in skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide treatment to residents as directed by the Occupational Therapist
- Document treatments using a company-issued handheld device
- Instruct families and staff on maintenance programs
- Communicate resident progress to interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in facility training programs and conferences
Qualifications
- Current licensure or national certification as a COTA/Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Meets educational requirements established in the state of practice
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
