Qualifications - OT / Occupational Therapist / OTR
- Graduate from an accredited OT / Occupational Therapist / OTR program
- Current license to practice as an OT / Occupational Therapist / OTR in the state
- Able to maintain regular attendance and adapt to changing situations
- Strong understanding of state, federal, and local regulations governing long-term care
- Meets health assessment requirements, including two-stage Mantoux skin test
- Able to perform job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
