Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited OT / Occupational Therapist / OTR program.
- Current licensure in the practicing state as an OT / Occupational Therapist / OTR.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations affecting long-term care.
- Meet health assessment requirements, including the two-stage Mantoux skin test.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
