In addition, the successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing our oil and gas production operations. This is a full-time field position working in our Southern Ohio area and based out of our Marietta Field Office.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Oversee all aspects of oil and gas production operations, including well performance, facility maintenance, and equipment optimization.
- Develop and implement production plans to optimize well productivity and maximize hydrocarbon recovery.
- Monitor production data and identify opportunities for improvement in performance and efficiency.
- Supervise Lease Operators and other field staff.
- Manage and coordinate work activities of production crews, contractors, third-party service providers, and oil and water hauling activities.
- Manage work schedules to ensure proper asset coverage.
- Responsible for ensuring uptime of wells, compressors and production equipment, while troubleshooting equipment failures and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience required.
- 7 years of experience in a similar role required with 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Valid State driver's license including an acceptable MVR record
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, allowing effective prioritization and timely completion of tasks.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and concise interaction with various stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in compiling reports, maintaining records, and evaluating documents.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/project management tools to streamline administrative processes.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing priorities and environments.
- Comfortable working in a team setting and managing employees in a remote setting.
- Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary
- Interaction with team members and external contacts is a regular part of the job
- Routinely working outdoors in various weather conditions and walking on uneven ground or terrain.
- Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings
- Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents
- Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
