Job Summary
We’re looking to hire a hard-working Floor Technician for a location in the 38104 zip code PT 9pm-1am M-F who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our building. You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties, as a floor technician, your main job is to keep floors clean and in good condition. You'll use different cleaning tools and chemicals to ensure the floors stay clean and last a long time. Trash from the parking lot and emptying trash is also included in this position. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done.Stripping and waxing is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building
- Wipe up spills and other hazards
- Secure the building by locking doors once cleaning is complete
- Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs
Qualifications
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in Floor Technician services
- Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
- Excellent stamina and able to lift at least 25 lbs
- Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
Salary : $14 - $15
