As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, providing essential support to our team and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is not a laid-back desk job – we need someone who thrives under pressure, can juggle multiple tasks, and has excellent organizational skills. Your role will involve a combination of administrative tasks, customer service, reporting, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist manager with day-to-day office operations, scheduling, and communication for the team. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth coordination.
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to clients, answer inquiries, assist with bookings, and manage follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting & Data Management: Regularly update and maintain client records, track progress, and assist with various reports. Accuracy is key!
- Communication: Be the first point of contact for both clients and team members. You’ll handle emails, phone calls, and any urgent needs that arise.
- Task Management: Assist with managing a variety of tasks and projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met, and everything runs efficiently.
- General Office Duties: Organize files, process payments, manage inventory, and contribute to the overall organization of the workplace.
