Infinity Plumbing Designs, Inc. is a well-established production plumbing company. We have an opening in our customer service department for a customer service representative. The individual we are seeking must be friendly, detail-oriented, and multi-faceted.
Job Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Create, update, and maintain files as necessary.
- Follow procedures of scheduling service calls.
- Act as a resource for homeowners to answer any questions regarding products and the service call process.
- Follow up on invoices billed to collect payment in a timely manner.
- Be able to gather information from technicians to complete work orders and invoices.
- Keep track of defective materials being returned by technicians.
- Be able to place orders for parts needed for a service and keep track of when its received.
- Be able to multi-task throughout the work day and schedule emergencies as they come in.
Requirements:
-Bilingual (Spanish)
- 2-3 years’ experience customer service/administrative assistant
- Proficient in MS Office
- Possess attention to detail
- Must be customer/quality oriented
- Telephone skills
- Strong organization/planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Sage preferred

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
