We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for door to door interactions with potential clients, effectively communicating our services, and generating appointments for our sales team. insurance claims process.
- Positively representing Infinity Roofing and maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Overcoming objections to scheduling inspections.
- Keeping accurate and organized records of homeowner information.

Gathering Essential Information
To ensure a smooth and productive inspection, the following details must be collected:

- Scheduled Date & Time of the Inspection
Setting Proper Expectations
It is critical to communicate to the homeowner that:
- The inspection is completely free and carries no obligation.

there is sufficient damage to discuss possible next steps.
Professionalism & Positive Attitude
A successful qualifying appointment is built on trust and professionalism. This means:
- Speaking confidently and knowledgeably about the process.
- Maintaining a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor to build rapport.
- Being respectful of the homeowner’s time and concerns.
Ensuring a Smooth Handover to the Project Manager
To provide a seamless experience, the transition to the project manager should be effortless:
- Inform the homeowner that the project manager will arrive at the scheduled time to
conduct the inspection.
- Brief the project manager with any relevant details about the homeowner’s concerns or
questions.
- Confirm that the homeowner is comfortable and ready for the appointment.
This is a part-time position requiring 15-20 hours per week or meeting the minimum requirement of 5 set appointments per week. If the Employee meets the minimum of 5 set appointments, they are not required to meet the hourly requirement.
Employee shall be compensated as follows:
- $25 per set appointment (defined as an appointment successfully scheduled and
confirmed on the calendar).
- $125 per closed appointment (defined as an appointment that results in a signed
contract with Infinity Roofing).
