- Lead & Motivate a Sales Team: Manage a team of sales associates, helping them meet and exceed goals through coaching, support, and hands-on leadership.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Guide your team on lead generation, prospecting, and closing techniques that align with Infinity’s proven sales approach.
- Sales Development: Customize training, sales materials, and presentation strategies to fit different client needs and market conditions.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee pipelines, ensure timely follow-ups, and support the team with high-quality referrals and warm leads.
- Client Solutions: Help team members identify customer pain points and present the best solutions from our trusted roofing and exterior services.

Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience managing or leading sales teams—preferably in roofing, construction, or home improvement
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic selling skills
