Role Description
This is a full-time 1099 role for an Appointment Setter located in Salem, OR. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting appointments, scheduling, lead generation, communication, and providing excellent customer service. Leads are primariliy generated thriugh door to door canvassing. Though it is 1099 we do have a base pay bonus for interactions and a very competitive pay structure for sales (50/50 split commission between setter and solar specialist).
There is felxible schedule.
Qualifications
- Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and Lead Generation skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus
- High EQ and abilitu to bounce back and adapt to new situations
