Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Knock door to door to create leads
- Manage a designated territory, ensuring all sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Utilize software tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
- 50/50 split with closer
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate product benefits.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or D2D environment.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems for managing leads and tracking performance.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
