Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
- Conduct market analysis in the DFW area and assign turf for appointment setters.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the solar energy market.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales performance, managing leads, and reporting on progress.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales, within the solar or energy sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful sales teams.
- Leadership Development with proven training and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
