Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer treatments including IV insertion, catheterization, and tube feeding as needed.
- Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient management.
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and families.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay updated with current medical practices and participate in clinical research when applicable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
