Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Installation Manager to oversee the installation processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of installation practices, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires a proactive approach to managing teams, coordinating schedules, and maintaining quality control throughout all installation phases.
Duties
- Lead and manage installation teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Develop and implement installation procedures and protocols to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with Scheduler, Shop Forman, and Team to align on project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Provide training and support to team members on installation techniques and equipment usage.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used, labor hours, and project completion reports.
Requirements
- Know how to install Quartz Granite Marble and Quartzite
- Proven experience in an installation management role or similar position within the industry.
- Strong knowledge of installation practices, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency in all aspects of the installation process.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $92,901.00 - $95,449.00 per year
