Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Lead to spearhead the application of model-based systems engineering methodologies on the Enterprise OPIR Solution (EOS) contract. The MBSE Lead will guide the development and management of system models, ensuring alignment with program objectives and compliance with DoD standards. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and proficiency in MBSE tools and processes.
Please note, this position is contingent upon successful capture of the EOS contract.
Primary Responsibilities
- MBSE Leadership :
Develop and implement the MBSE strategy and framework for the EOS program
Develop and refine system architecture models, including functional, logical, and physical views
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and integration teams, to ensure model integration and validation
Implement and manage MBSE tools such as Cameo / MagicDraw, Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of models and MBSE processes

Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred
Clearance Requirement
Active DoD Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
