Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with various tools and equipment. Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain factory machinery, including power tools and hand tools, to fabricate components as per specifications.
- Assemble products on the assembly line, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve manufacturing processes.
- Safely operate forklifts for material handling within the warehouse environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in training new associates on manufacturing procedures and equipment operation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use various hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
