Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing client billing, accounts payable, payroll (possibly), and general accounting duties. This position requires proficiency in accounting software and Excel, with experience in Sage Intacct considered a plus. The candidate must be organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and process client billing in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure accurate client billing.
- Assist with accounts payable functions, ensuring accurate entry and timely payments.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely distribution (if applicable).
- Perform general accounting tasks including data entry, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Verify and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring all records are up to date and accurate.
- Utilize accounting software (Sage Intacct experience preferred) and Microsoft Excel to streamline financial reporting and data entry processes.
- Prepare reports and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing or accounts payable.
- Ensure compliance with basic accounting principles (GAAP) and internal policies.
- Handle sensitive and confidential financial information with discretion.
- Support the team with other administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
