ABOUT THIS ROLE :
We are seeking a Senior Chain Manager to lead the charge in developing and executing our sales strategy across California’s regional chain accounts. This is a front-facing, strategic role that requires exceptional relationship-building skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a commitment to excellence. You will own the account development process, crafting and executing annual retailer business plans while leveraging category management principles to deliver profitable sales and market share growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / THE DAY-TO-DAY
- Deliver annual volume and profit goals for California’s regional chain accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with chain buyers to elevate Infinium Spirits’ presence in the marketplace.
- Develop and execute brand-building programs tailored to the needs and goals of each regional chain.
- Create and manage a customer presentation schedule for targeted accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and goals.
- Collaborate with regional and national RNDC teams to drive executional excellence, presenting business solutions that deliver positive results.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for SKU expansion, additional listings, and enhanced shelf presence.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations for quarterly business planning meetings, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Monitor chain pricing to ensure alignment with targeted retail pricing strategies.
- Oversee the execution of retailer programming, including scans, rebates, incentives, and innovative packaging solutions, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively, including Local Promotional Funds (LPF) and individual team T&Es, to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with local teams and distributors to ensure flawless execution of programs and compliance with retailer agreements.
- Provide training, performance management, and leadership to direct reports, ensuring alignment with distributor goals, local incentives, and execution plans.
- Evaluate and provide actionable feedback on merchandising execution for Infinium Spirits’ portfolio, driving continuous improvement.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $150,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
