They are seeking a seasoned Business Law Attorney to join their team. In this role, you will advise clients on a wide range of business law matters and utilize your expertise in Intellectual Property to provide strategic and practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle business law cases from inception to conclusion, including strategy development and document preparation.
- Provide counsel on Copyright and Trademark matters, as well as related Intellectual Property issues.
- Collaborate with clients, accountants, financial advisors, and other stakeholders to advance cases effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients through consistent and timely communication.
