JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The Material Staging Associate will be responsible for coordinating the transfer of raw materials, components, packaging and finished products between various production and warehouse locations. To be successful they will need to ensure material inventory levels are sufficiently staged to meet production schedules. The position is responsible for keeping production and warehouse locations organized and ensuring all products are identified properly for transaction accuracy.
Essential Functions
1. Responsible for ensuring production lines are provided with raw materials in a timely manner, while ensuring any material left over from previous production is returned to its residing location.
2. Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, placing materials and supplies in stock, and recording location of inventory.
3. Follows and maintains established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, and continuous quality improvement objectives.
4. Monitors product serial codes are scanned properly to reflect accurate inventory movements to the lines. 5. Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production work order.
6. Maintains in-process inventory within the warehouse by stocking as needed.
7. Responsible for completing cycle counts assigned and via physical inventory module in WMS.
8. Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections.
9. May operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment; may operate strapping and wrapping machines.
10. Performs all other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
11. May be called upon to assist in supporting Order Fulfillment.

Required Education and Experience
● 1 years’experience in warehouse setting required

SCHEDULE:
7:00AM - 3:30PM (with potential overtime)
Monday - Friday (with an occasional Saturday)
$18.50
