CAD/BIM Coordinator

INFINIUM has an immediate need for a full-time CAD/BIM Drafter that is conscientious, hardworking, and dedicated to join our team in Strongsville, OH with the following:
Responsibilities:
- Utilize AutoCAD and BIM-based applications to create high-quality shop drawings for commercial projects, including layouts, elevations, and detailed plans.
- Update, modify, and maintain drawings to accurately reflect work in place, based on precise field dimensions and as-built conditions.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality control and accuracy on all assigned tasks.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Management, Field Operations, and Estimating teams to ensure project success
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
- CAD experience required – primarily 2D Auto CAD
- BIM-based Applications or Revit experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficient mathematical skills
- Detail oriented with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of relevant construction regulations and related fields
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
