Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Entry Level Account Representative, located in North Bergen, NJ. The Entry Level Account Representative will be responsible for account management, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with clients. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, addressing customer inquiries, and participating in sales activities. Additionally, the role involves undergoing and participating in continuous training to develop skills and knowledge in sales and account management.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication abilities
- Experience or willingness to learn in Training and development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred but not required
