Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, escalating complex problems to supervisors when needed
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude with each customer interaction
- Accurately document all customer interactions and update records in the system
- Meet or exceed performance goals related to call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction
- Assist with upselling or cross-selling services when appropriate
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow company protocols to ensure compliance and consistency in all interactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
