Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate customer records in our system.
- Meet performance metrics such as call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication.
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team and improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.
- Comfortable with computers and learning new software systems.
