Data Entry Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data into company databases and systems.
• Review and verify data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
• Perform routine data audits and address discrepancies as needed.
• Generate and prepare reports for internal use and management.
• Assist with data-related tasks and administrative support when required.
• Organize and file physical and digital records in an efficient manner.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and improve data management processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while handling large volumes of data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
