Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a positive and professional attitude
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a timely manner
- Manage office supplies, mail, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that the office runs smoothly
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization
- Maintain the office lobby area and ensure it is clean and welcoming
- Assist with other office duties as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
