What a Call Center Representative Does
- Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with their questions or concerns
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and patience
- Document all interactions clearly in our system
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure complete satisfaction
- Work closely with other Call Center Representatives and team leads to meet performance goals
What We’re Looking For in a Call Center Representative
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in customer service or as a Call Center Representative is helpful, but not required
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to work with computer systems and multitask
- Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
