Customer Service Assistant

About the Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers — whether they’re walking through our doors or reaching out with questions. You’ll provide knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly support, making sure each customer has a positive and informed experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers face-to-face in a professional and friendly manner
• Handling enquiries and resolving customer queries efficiently
• Providing clear and accurate information about our products and services
• Supporting customers in finding the right products for their needs
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-organised environment
• Working collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in helping people
• Confident in explaining products and services clearly
• Positive, proactive, and reliable
• Able to remain calm under pressure and handle queries with professionalism
• Previous customer service or retail experience is an advantage, but not essential
