What You’ll Be Doing as our FOH staff:
- Welcoming guests like they’re old friends—warm, friendly, and always professional
- Taking orders with precision and efficiency, making sure every guest gets exactly what they crave
- Serving food and drinks with style, ensuring a top-notch dining experience
- Keeping the dining area spotless and inviting
- Handling customer questions, concerns, and special requests with ease and confidence
- Processing payments smoothly while keeping up the friendly service
- Working closely with kitchen staff and teammates to keep things running seamlessly
- Following health and safety guidelines to keep everyone happy and safe
What We’re Looking For in our FOH staff:
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, or cafes is a plus but not required
- A natural people person with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
- An eye for detail and a can-do attitude
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
