Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Actively listen to customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and policies to assist customers efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and transactions using our internal systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
- Stay up to date with company updates, policies, and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
