What You'll Be Doing as a Customer Service Assistant:
- Be the voice and heart of our company—respond to customer calls, emails, and chats with empathy, clarity, and care
- Handle questions, concerns, returns, and product or service inquiries in a professional, efficient way
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely solutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions
- Help improve the customer experience by identifying trends, common concerns, and opportunities to improve service
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues were resolved and they’re 100% satisfied
- Represent the brand with warmth and professionalism in every interaction
What We’re Looking For in a Customer Service Assistant:
- A people person with excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Patient, positive, and genuinely motivated to help others
- Quick-thinking and cool under pressure—you’re calm in a crisis and can problem-solve on the spot
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with customer service software, ticketing systems, and databases
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Assistant or in a similar customer-facing role is a big plus
- A team player who’s always ready to jump in, help out, and go the extra mile
