What a Day In The Life Looks Like
- Analyze large transportation data sets to identify insights and help clients execute data-driven decisions
- Deliver business reviews highlighting transportation spend, trends, savings opportunities, and Infios’ value
- Monitor market conditions to assess their impact on client transportation budgets and operations
- Design and manage KPI reporting solutions using Infios’ proprietary BI tools
- Act as a client point of contact, responding to requests and maintaining strong, professional relationships
- Collaborate across internal teams to enhance software tools, reporting solutions, and overall customer experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Analytics, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience managing customer accounts or relationships; B2B software experience is a plus
- Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand customer challenges and proactively deliver effective solutions
- Proficiency with large data sets and tools like Excel, Access, or SQL; data visualization experience (Tableau, Power BI) preferred
- Growth mindset with adaptability in fast-changing environments and strong attention to detail
