- Plan, organize, coordinate, and implement comprehensive social work services to patients ensuring timely discharge planning and provision of services addressing their social, emotional, economic, and environmental needs.

Requirements:
- Masters degree in Social Work.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
