What are the responsibilities and job description for the CTO / VP of Engineering position at Inflection.io?
Inflection.io is a venture-backed B2B marketing automation company, enabling to communicate with their customers and prospects from one platform. We're used by leading SaaS companies like Postman, Vercel, BILL, Mural, Sauce Labs, and Elastic, many of which pay more than $100K/yr.
And,... it’s working! We have world-class stats: our largest deal to date is $450K, we have a 5 star rating on G2, over 100% NRR, and constantly break sales and customer records. We’ve raised $14M in total since 2021 with $7.6M of fresh funding in 2024, giving us many years of runway.
We’re still in startup mode with approximately 30 employees and looking for to run all of global engineering to help propel Inflection forward. Do you want to join a fast growing startup that is aiming to build a very large company?
Key Qualifications:
Extensive experience with Java, Spring boot, kubernetes, Kafka, stream processing with Flink or similar, both OLTP and OLAP databases, and high scale distributed systems.
Experiencing building and scaling high performance engineering teams in both US and India. Strong experience recruiting, motivating, and managing a remote engineering teams.
Experience running the entire engineering team at a fast paced, fast growing, US based venture backed startup.
