Description
Manager of Staffing Services
Description
Join Our Team as a Manager of Staffing Services at InflexionPoint
InflexionPoint is seeking an experienced Manager of Staffing Services ready for a challenge that goes beyond the ordinary. You must have a proven track record exceeding a $4MM annual quota in a staffing agency selling engineering and technical talent in the critical infrastructure, life science, CPG, and food and beverage sectors as well as recruiting in house talent as part of an HR team.
This is not your typical Talent Acquisition role - your role at InflexionPoint is two-fold; drive the growth of our staffing services business and fortify our internal recruitment efforts.
As part of our close-knit, high-impact HR team, you’ll be supported by a Recruitment Coordinator, dedicated sales resources and have direct access to our CEO, executives, hiring managers, and external partners. This is a highly visible role, offering you the opportunity to make a real difference in our rapidly evolving company. The ideal candidate will have experience running a “full desk”, alternating between selling and recruiting. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a track record of delivering results, we want to hear from you.
