As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Onboarding Specialist to help drive our growth by welcoming, educating, and converting prospective students, renters, and aviation customers into active members of our thriving community.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, customer-facing environment and understands membership-based sales and aviation services. You will be the first point of contact for prospective pilots, renters, FBO clients, and aircraft owners looking to join Inflight. Your responsibility is to deliver engaging tours, communicate Inflight’s value, and close sales with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead tours and onboard new members, engaging prospective student pilots, renters, aircraft owners, and FBO customers by delivering tailored tours of our state-of-the-art facilities, fleet, and training programs.
- Consult with prospective customers to understand their goals and match them with the right flight training programs, rental opportunities, or FBO services.
- Guide prospects through the enrollment and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and exciting start to their aviation journey.
- Track and manage leads in a CRM system, follow up with interested prospects, and ensure a high conversion rate.
- Work directly with the leadership team to refine sales strategies and drive sustainable growth.
- Represent Inflight’s core values and foster a professional, customer-focused aviation culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience in membership sales or high-value consultative sales.
- Aviation passion or background is a plus, but not required.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
- Strong ability to close deals by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Highly organized with strong CRM and lead management skills.
- Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
