Cyber Range Content Developer (TS/SCI Clearance)

What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.

Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside the military, government employees, and with our team of other awesome Inflowees.  

What will I be doing? Using your education, experience, and expertise, you will provide cyber scenario development services for supported cyber range training environments. You will create and manage immersive and realistic events that emulate traditional cyber threat actors operating against the cyber operators responsible for defending the AF enterprise network. You will maintain an awareness of USCYBERCOM updates and changes to individual and collective training requirements for cyber mission forces. You will help support the customer's mission to provide oversight and manage the 688 CW’s cyber range and exercise requirements in support of operator training and certification.

• Create immersive realistic cyber training environments to be integrated into current training requirements
• Advise leadership on the resources required to produce results given a timeline/scope of tasks
• Perform integration functions as needed to aid in ingesting Content Development products
• Interface with clients to refine training requirements at the technical level
• Coordinate and conduct event collection, log management, and event management
• Develop custom content based on threat intelligence
• Own and manage content release schedules
• Research and analyze malware, security threats and vulnerabilities
• Utilize proficiency with Python/other coding/scripting languages to support content development
• Innovate and develop strategies in the absence of well-defined project requirements
• Stay familiar with and adhere to DOD, AF, and organizational policies for developing Air Force Instructions (AFIs) and Operating Instructions (OIs)
• Connect with Joint and Service range and training counterparts to maintain awareness of changes that could impact AFI 17-202 Volume 1, Cyber Crew Training
• Complete a Monthly Status Report
• Complete additional documentation as required, for example trip reports, training reports, analytical reports, etc.
• Additional tasks as assigned

What experience, training, and education do I need?

You must meet the minimum requirements:

• TS/SCI Clearance
• BA/BS degree or  4 years of equivalent experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with cyberspace exercises and/or cyberspace range experience
• Excellent communication skills

The following is preferred:

• Previous cyber scenario content development experience on cyber training and range environments.

Where is the client site that I would be working for? You will be working in Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA). Address disclosed after your clearance is verified.
