What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operational Planning Analyst / Cyber Exercise Planner (TS/SCI Clearance) position at Inflow-ns?

Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working along side the military with our team of other awesome Intelligence Analysts. You will be supporting the Government's core cyber intelligence mission.
What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active TS/SCI clearance.
What will I be doing? You will coordinate and provide operational and tactical level exercise planning while supporting multiple defensive weapon systems and capabilities.
- Provide key strategy-to-task input in operational planning processes, and deliberate and crisis action planning and exercises support to Wing readiness exercises, AF exercises, and Joint exercises
- Conduct weekly and quarterly 24AF Exercise Coordination Team meetings to identify and prioritize exercises support
- Identify training gaps with multiple organizations to better accommodate units’ training needs
- Implement Lessons Learned from previous exercise events, incorporating inputs from units into submitted Exercise Coordination Documents
- Coordinate and make recommendations to the Wing leadership command team on training gaps and proposal development to prepare for varying adversaries
- Integrate weapons and tactics test and evaluation processes of future technologies into exercise planning
- Review higher headquarters operational policies, network standard operating procedures, directives, and Rules of Engagement for 688 CW units
- Record meeting minutes and provided relevant feedback via written communication to customer of all meetings/reviews/boards/conferences attended and maintain in an appropriate electronic Government-approved shared location
What experience, training, and education do I need?
You must meet the minimum requirements:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with cyberspace exercises to include operational planning and exercise analysis.
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required
- Additionally, at least one (1) of the following:
- BA/BS Information Technology (IT) related degree
- Five (5) years of experience in cyberspace security/network operations
- IAT Level II certification per DoDD 8140
- National/Service cyber weapon system/platform certification within last five (5) years
Where is the client site that I would be working for? You will be working in San Antonio, TX, address disclosed after your clearance is verified.
