The Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will take charge of our enterprise products, including features that help manage the whole influencer campaign process. You will drive the development and execution of strategies to build and strengthen user experience of the brands and agencies who love working with us, helping us transform our business and skyrocket our SaaS services.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision and strategy for B2B Saas products, focusing campaign management, AI tools, and payments.
- Develop and implement comprehensive pricing and go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
- Lead and take responsibility for business outcomes and development outcomes of the team.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, engineering, influencer's department, partnerships and design, to deliver high-quality products.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for B2B SaaS strategies.
- Articulate clear hypotheses about customer needs, and efficiently leverage the right tools to test / answer them, regularly examining the hypotheses and adjusting plans accordingly.
- Write clear and concise RFCs (Request for comments) and product briefs.
- Discuss and debate pros and cons of alternative options and develop MECE frameworks (mutually exclusive, collectively exhaustive) for assessment.
- Set SMART goals for the team in consultation with functional leaders, and align the team around it.
- Provide guidance to team members by discussing different situations, asking constructive questions and sharing their know-how.
- Ensure timely delivery and proactively mitigate risks by working with other teams.
- Articulate plan to win for a feature / product for the next 6-12 months.
- Monitor market / tech trends and customer feedback.
