We are growing our field team and seeking motivated, skilled, and reliable framers to assemble pre-panelized walls and structural components on-site with precision and speed.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- (3) Apprentice-Level Carpenters/Framers
What Makes This Different:
Unlike traditional stick framing, our systems arrive pre-cut or panelized from the shop, dramatically reducing on-site layout and cutting. You’ll work with an efficient team to install full wall panels using modern equipment and proprietary methods that eliminate many of the inefficiencies of conventional framing.

Responsibilities (All Roles):
- Assemble and install wall panels, structural frames, and other prefabricated components according to project drawings and instructions
- Use power tools, hand tools, and lifting equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure alignment, level, and plumb of components
- Follow daily task checklists and site safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
Additional for Apprentices:
- Assist journeymen with layout, panel handling, and hardware installation
- Grow into blueprint reading and component-level understanding
Qualifications:
- Commercial framing or carpentry experience preferred (required for journeyman roles)
- Familiarity with reading drawings and using power tools (apprentices/journeymen)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift and move materials and panels (50–100 lbs as needed)
- OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
